PRECINCT CHAIRS
As a Precinct Chair, you are one of the leaders of the Republican Party in your Senate District for the next two years after an election.
You have an opportunity to make a difference for your Senate District, the state, and the country. You can be involved in the political process and have fun at the same time. CD3 Republicans work hard for the Party and enjoy fellowship The Precinct Chair's activities can include:
CONVENTIONS
As precinct chair, you have the opportunity to attend the conventions to which you are elected a delegate or alternate. These conventions can include the senate district, congressional district, county (if held), city (if held) and/or state convention.
FULL COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Attend your Senate District Full Committee meetings and encourage your delegates and alternates to attend. Enjoy the food, speaker, and fellowship with district and other Republicans.
ELECTION TIME
Help our endorsed incumbents and candidates win election by doing literature drops, making Get Out The Vote (GOTV) calls to encourage people to vote, and assisting Party activities by working for our endorsed candidates through lawn sign work, letters to the editor, block walking, mailings, etc. Get your delegates and alternates involved.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteer to help the Senate District with conventions, parade, fundraisers, speeches, office work, full committee meetings, etc.
FUNDRAISING
Participate in making fundraising phone calls to previous contributors to the Republican Party. Contribute to the Senate District. Get your delegates and alternates involved.
